Expanding Horizons: Building & Remodeling Bridal Business - Chattanooga, TN - with ABC Alabama-Tennessee Meeting

This one-day seminar focuses on branding, specialization, other events, add-on sales, apprenticeships, hiring and firing, media relations, website enhancement, current software and technological advances, and ethical challenges that are encountered in an established, growing business.

Attendees will be able to:   

•      Update and refresh a business plan.

•      Discuss business growth and development opportunities.

•      Select current event management tools and technology.

•      Describe basic human resources management concepts.

•      Review and revise a job description.

•      Respond to customer complaints and ethical issues.

This seminar earns 2 points for education and professional development. To enable full participation for all attendees, seminar is limited to 25 participants.

From Chattanooga  Lovell Field Airport:

Hilton Garden Inn Chattanooga Hamilton Place is approximately 5 miles from the airport. Take Highway 153 to Interstate 75 North. Take exit 5-Shallowford Road. Take left at light and right at second light. Hotel is on the left or call hotel 423 308-4400 for courtesy shuttle bus.

Driving:

From Knoxville: Follow I-75S to Exit 5/Shallowford Road. Take right onto Shallowford Road and next right onto Shallowford Village Drive. Hotel is on the left.

From Atlanta: Follow I-75N to Exit 5/Shallowford Road. Take left onto Shallowford Road. Take a right onto Shallowford Village Drive. Hotel is on the left.

From Nashville: Follow I-24E to I-75N. Take Exit 5/Shallowford Road. Take left onto Shallowford Road. Take a right onto Shallowford Village Drive. Hotel is on the left.

Payment - Cancellations

Cancellations more than 10 days before seminar may be transferred to another ABC seminar or refunded less a $30 administrative fee.  Cancellations/no-shows less than 10 days before the seminar cannot be refunded. If paying by check, check must be received 5 days prior to the seminar. No-shows will be invoiced. If you can't prepay online or by check, we'll hold you a place, but the is only for ABC members. Unpaid ABC no-shows will be billed. Sorry - we've have too many pay-at-the-door registrations become "no shows - no pays." Non-members must pre-pay and space cannot be held without pre-payment. All non-reserved "walk-ins" will be accomodated on a space is available basis at $199.
